About this talk

Finding a path to walk that is clean and clear and powerful in the aftermath of a psychedelic experience can be difficult. We recognize that we're spiritual beings, but don't always know how to express that in our human experience. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a text that is designed with just this problem in mind. It offers the practice of Yama and Niyama, practical, ethical guidelines that point us in the right direction in any and all circumstances. In this talk we'll discuss the exoteric and esoteric meanings of these practices and explore how they serve to help the practitioner embody their psychedelic ideals.

Win a free Feeding Your Demons session. Based on an extraordinarily simple yet effective five-step practice, Feeding Your Demons is a strategy for transforming negative emotions, relationships, fears, illness, and self-defeating patterns. By recognizing your demons, giving them form, and then feeding them, you can free yourself from the battle. And the paradigm shift from fighting to feeding demons can apply not only to your personal challenges but also to the challenges of the world at large.
